Ma Wing Jing and his older brother Ma Tai Chueng have arrived in Shanghai to make a fortune at the end of the Qin dynasty. When Ma Wing saves the life of powerful mobster Tam Sei, he gets his nightclub as a thank you. However, another mobster also wants to take possession of the nightclub and its territory. Corruption and violence reign supreme as Wing Jing and Tam Sei battle not only rival gangs but also the corrupt police.
