A Very Married Christmas plot

Frank Griffin has been a respectable, if somewhat dull, man for most of his life. His wife puts an end to this when she tells him that she has cheated on her and announces that she wants to divorce him. However, they stay together for the time being to spare their daughter Zoe's feelings. With the Christmas season approaching, Frank decides to volunteer to play Santa Claus and has to take a course. There he meets a kindred spirit in the person of the photographer Donna, who struggles with similar marital problems.
