Es Kommt der Tag plot

Socially committed Judith Miller (Iris Berben) runs a small wine farm in the Alsace region of France with her husband and two teenage children. She has carefully concealed from everyone that she was active in the 1970s as RAF terrorist Judith, and had given up her still young daughter Alice for adoption. One day, this now grown-up Alice shows up at the Mullers. She is the only one who knows Judith's true identity and seeks a confrontation with her mother, who is wanted for terrorism and murder.
