Life doesn't look very happy for Man Soo, who is burdened by a mother who suffers from dementia and is indebted from his older brother's gambling problem. Overwhelmed by his family problems and the resulting dizzying circumstances, Man Soo loses his head and ends up in a mental institution. He creates a new world for himself, a world where his family is rich and where he can write blank checks whenever and as much as he wants. And in this fragile world, the troubled chief nurse Soo Kyung roams, finding solace in Man Soo's crazy smile.
