Tinguely and De St. Phalle were not only fellow artists but also lovers. Together they made the Stravinsky Fountain in Paris, with Nikki responsible for the colorful sculptures and Jean for the ingenious, moving mechanisms. The artwork is a perfect example of a creative collaboration that lasted more than thirty years.
