Pelle Politibil Går i Vannet plot

"Every hero makes a splash!"

During a violent storm, the cable that supplies a small Norwegian coastal town with electricity breaks. Suddenly the village is shrouded in cold and darkness. Pelle the police car springs into action and manages to route a new cable along the mountains to the village. His work is not without danger, because Pelle comes into contact with the old cable, which is still under tension. No reason to panic, however: from now on Pelle will go through life as an electric car. Meanwhile, two dark figures are active outside the village. They try to steal the village's drinking water and plan to sell it dearly once the warm summer arrives. When Pelle warns the villagers, no one will believe him. Fortunately, he gets help from his faithful friend, the otter Oda. Together they try to stop the two water thieves.
