Men of San Quentin plot

"THE GREATEST PRISON DRAMA EVER FILMED!"

The warden of San Quentin Prison is not quite up to his task. One day, a prison staff dies and two inmates die in an attempted breakout. Under the warden are sergeant guard Jack Holden and his deputy Saunderson. The corrupt Saunderson plans to force some frightened inmates to tell Holden that Holden is guilty of the breakout attempt. Saunderson also manages to get the inmate Butch Mason involved in this breakout attempt to retract his confession. Meanwhile, Holden's wife Anne has her domestic worker and gardener Jimmy work as an informant in San Quentin.
