"On the fourth Thursday in November, 84 million American families will gather together... And wonder why."
Claudia, a hip young woman, prepares for the traditional Thanksgiving family feast. Things go wrong from the start. She is fired for no reason and her daughter prefers to stay with her boyfriend to do 'it'. In hopes of blessing, Claudia takes the plane and, to make matters worse, is picked up from the airport by her chatty mother and her oversensitive father. Fortunately, her brother is also there, who causes the necessary commotion.
