Danny (Tony Schiena), a respected cop, is framed after a police investigation goes wrong and he is transferred to a state prison. He tries to keep himself quiet in his cell and to serve his time. However, the prison is run by the mob boss Vargas (Vinnie Jones), who has illegal cage fights in the boiler house. Although everyone wants him dead, Vargas sees in him a good entertainer for his fights. Meanwhile, Danny gets help from Irving, a former martial arts champion, who trains and advises him. An Internal Affairs agent tries to prove Danny's innocence and set him free. If only he can get out of the cage alive.
