Finnemans plot

Finn (15) is a carefree high school student until one day he finds his father Roelof at home, dressed as a woman. Roelof asks Finn to keep this a secret, but soon mother Myla notices that Finn is becoming quieter and more nervous. Finn is increasingly withdrawn at school. He declines interest in a girl, Lizzie. When Finn is terrified when he doubts his own talent, he approaches Lizzie, who, after some suspicion, accepts his interest. A fledgling relationship develops that drives Finn away from trouble at home. But with the first lovemaking, Finn's shame and doubt strikes.
