Nisse is 10 years old. After an asthma attack, he has to go to the hospital. The examinations and injections are anything but pleasant. Luckily there is Sarah, a sweet nurse. And he wins the trust of his strange roommate Lelle. He has big plans. Lelle informs Nisse of a big secret hidden in the cellars of the hospital. Life between the white walls suddenly takes on color!
