Lou Biòu - Feest van de Fabelachtige Stier plot

In the Camargue, a village festival without bulls is unthinkable. The inhabitants of this region in the south of France cherish a deep-rooted passion for this fast, agile and above all dangerous animal. A number of 'raseteurs' are followed in this documentary. Tough young men who venture into the arena with a wild bull during a bullring and try to get hold of small objects attached to the animal's horns while running. A blood-curdling battle, where the most agile, quick and fearless wins a cup and a cash prize. While others sometimes even get fatally injured if they are taken by the bull after a small error of judgment.
