Yume no Shima plot

Tokyo is ravaged by bombings. The work of a young eco-terrorist, a tortured, lonely figure who only cares about one person: a little girl who suffers from asthma due to the polluted air. He himself works on the gigantic garbage dump on the outskirts of Tokyo, from which the film takes its title. The police are in the dark, but Detective Terayama bites into the case.
