An Innocent Man plot
Jimmie Rainwood is shot during a raid by two dirty cops and accused of dealing drugs. He is eventually convicted, based on facts from an informant. In jail, he claims to be innocent and tries to prove it, but soon discovers that he will probably have to live with it.

What an underrated film.
I agree with Beertje45 that the 'first part' of the film is somewhat more convincing. Selleck and the handsome and well-acting Robins (who was more active in the theatre than on the silver screen) form a credible couple that takes up the fight against evil.
Exciting, captivating and entertaining film. One can easily empathize with the helplessness of Selleck and Robins

Mediocre film in which two corrupt cops ensure that an innocent man ends up in prison. A fairly standard prison film with clichéd characters. The story is not always equally credible, but the film manages to remain reasonably entertaining. Just under 3.0 stars.
