The Ninja Mission plot
"The CIA, the KGB and the Ninja, all caught in a web of violence in the heart of Russia."
The CIA sends a special Ninja delegation to Russia. An important scientist who has solved the energy problem is held in a Russian prison with his daughter. A great, bloody battle ensues. The Ninjas have more or less ditched their traditional martial arts and now shoot arrows that explode when they make contact with human flesh.
