Fighting Father Dunne plot
"This is His Real-Life Story"
St. Louis, 1905. Pastor Dunne is aware of the plight of the newspaper boys. The boys are often homeless and live off the nickels they find on the street. Pastor Dunne decides to help the boys and sets up an orphanage where more and more homeless newsboys can go. The biggest problem he faces is the escalating violence between the paper boys for the 'best spot on the street'.
