Ayneh plot
At the end of a school day, the eight-year-old girl Mina is not picked up by her mother. She decides to go home on her own, and embarks on an odyssey through the traffic chaos of Tehran, full of everyday encounters and setbacks. Halfway through, the fiction is broken to make way for a fake documentary segment. In it, the actress rebels against her film mirror image: she finds Mina she has to play stupid, childish and a crybaby. She gives up and goes home, convinced that she can find the way alone.
