Trapped in Katrina plot

Warnings to avoid the city of New Orleans don't stop Hilton and Amelia from returning to their home to see what's left of the devastating storm. When night falls, they rush to gather as many important items as possible and load their car, but 2 flat tires prevent them from leaving. They decide to split up and look for help, but one night in the quiet, devastated city of New Orleans changes everything.
