"Wanted: Dead or alive"
When the Dalton brothers are killed in Coffeeville, Oklahoma, mobster Bill Doolin arrives just too late, allowing him to escape. In the escape, he kills a man. Now wanted for murder and hunted by Marshal Sam Hughes, Doolin becomes leader of the Doolin gang. He eventually leaves the gang and tries to start a new life in Alabama under a new name. But one day, the old gang members appear and his true identity is revealed. Doolin becomes an outlaw again and he tries again to escape the law, which will not be easy as a reward has been offered.
