Eyes of the Underworld plot
"A Stir-Crazy Strangler!"
The now respected Chief of Police Richard Barry keeps silent about the fact that he was once in prison. Barry is in love with his secretary Betty Standing, whom his colleague Edward Jason also has a crush on. One day, Barry is blackmailed with publications about his past by the mobster JC Thomas. This obviously does not suit Barry, but his loyal driver and ex-criminal Benny frees him from the blackmailer, but that does not solve the problems.
