Niagara Strip plot

A potent and deadly drug called Black Tar is quickly dominating the everyday life of the population in the tourist area of Niagara Falls. Cal Hackett, chief of the Special Drug Control Brigade, returns to his former hometown to try to stop this entire operation and expose the organization behind it. To his great surprise, he discovers that some of his old friends and enemies alike are more or less involved in a large smuggling ring, which is not served by nosy drug specialists.
