Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu plot
Mayu's first love is Takuma. When they were eight years old, he promised to marry her once they grew up. However, Mayu's father is a cardiologist and he discovers a congenital heart defect in Takuma. Due to this, his life expectancy does not exceed twenty years. Takuma decides to turn away from Mayu to spare her the pain of his impending death.
