"A love lost in the past. A love struggling for a future."
An evening in a small Louisiana town. Martine gets in with an unknown man in a convertible. The driver, Gordy, a boy who travels, already had a crush on her at the restaurant earlier that day and doesn't mind her boarding with him. Soon they meet Brett, a man who has just been released from prison. Martine invites Brett to come along, as she would rather not be alone with Gordy. The three embark on a journey, even though they have no idea where they are going.
