Geograf Globus Propil plot
Victor Sluzhkin finds work as a geography teacher at a secondary school in his native city of Perm. There he loses himself in vodka, stress and a desperate crush on a student. 'The Geographer', as the students call him, tries to escape the grueling and dull existence of Russian provincial life and embarks on a raft trip to the Ural Mountains. Accompanied by adventurous youths and the wilderness, Victor is ready to find himself and his truth.
