Mijn Vader Is een Detective plot
Sam and Sterre have been friends for years. Sam's father Max is a detective and through this they get to know Ortwin. Ortwin's rare parrot has been stolen. Ortwin's father enlists Max's help, but then Max is kidnapped by a gang of criminals during their quest. The kids give chase on a speedboat and end up on a mysterious fortress island.
