Sweety. The Friends, Betrayal and Murder of Maja Bradaric plot

On November 17, 2003, Maja Bradaric was murdered by three of her friends while driving. They strangled her, burned her body in the polder and afterwards offered condolences to her parents with a straight face. She was 16 years old. Maja's best friend Nina was the girlfriend of one of the killers. She was convicted because she would have been aware of the murder plans. In the film, Nina talks about her experiences for the first time. Friends of Maja wonder how this murder could have happened in their midst and why no one saw it coming. Sweety is the story of a close friendship and tells how evil came to them disguised as a friend and changed their lives forever.
