Fear plot

Medical student Larry Crain is out of money and hungry. Out of desperation, he lets himself be hired to commit murder. After the murder, Larry feels a sense of guilt and his girlfriend Eileen Stevens, although she doesn't quite believe in Larry's innocence, supports him. Police officer Burke thinks he knows for sure that Larry is the killer, but can't prove it. He tries to talk Larry into a confession.
