Tadas Blinda. Pradzia plot

Lithuanian peasant Tadas Blinda is a legendary 19th century folk hero who has been compared to Robin Hood. Tadas is told that his father died while working in the fields, but he cannot attend the funeral because he is forced to drive a carriage to his grandmaster's family. During the journey, however, the carriage breaks and Tadas Blinda is beaten as punishment. Other farmers are obliged to participate. When night comes, a wounded Tadas gathers a group of loyal farmers and plots revenge.
