Se Dio Vuole plot
Tommaso is a respected cardiac surgeon. A man of science who makes fun of feeling and religion, his son Andrea is a brilliant student and destined to follow in his father's footsteps. Lately, however, Andrea seems to be distracted by other matters. He makes an absent-minded impression and often goes out at night without saying where. Tommaso and his wife Carla are deeply concerned. Would Andrea be gay? When Andrea shares his secret with them, it turns out to be something completely different. He wants to give up his studies and become a priest. For Tommaso, an atheist at heart, this is terrible news. He decides to do everything he can to keep his son from making this choice. Will he succeed?
