"The Maddest Comics of the Screen!"
Every year the president of the university changes and this time becomes the father of one of the students, who hopes that his son will finally drop out of the university. The son spends too much time with a girl and believes that the university needs a good rugby team. His father now picks up two men at a bar and enrolls them as students, assuming they can play football.
