"The Ultimate Killing Machine"

Johnny must leave his underprivileged neighborhood after a thug gives him the choice to join his gang or die. He goes to live with his grandfather for a while and learns the Filipino martial art from him Arnis. After gaining his confidence, he enrolls in the police academy and starts promoting Arnis as a sport.
