Let Her Out plot
Helen is a bicycle messenger who has had a traumatic accident. During her recovery, she begins to experience strange episodic blackouts, hallucinations and nightmares. It turns out she has a tumor, which is the remains of a "disappeared twin" in the womb. Over time, the tumor manifests as a dark and demented version. As her condition deteriorates, she begins to act psychotic under the influence of her evil twin, making her a danger to herself and her best friend Molly.
