Brooklyn teen Frank Cusack is a good family member by day, but a mobster by night. The Dukes, seemingly youngsters on the wrong side of the law, are put in grave danger when they become involved in a case with blackmailer Gaggsy Steens. Despite the best efforts of Frank's parents, he and his friend Benny become involved in a serious crime. Can Stan Albert, the head of the community center, stop these youngsters from becoming hardened criminals?
