His Excellency plot
The old English worker George Harrison leaves the unrest at the union for what it is and becomes governor of Artista, an industrial island. Arista is in a terrible battle for low wages and terrible working conditions. A strike breaks out, but new Governor Harrison remembers what it was like when he was a worker, so he refuses to call in troops to break the strike. He tries to take advantage of his experiences from both sides and tries to mediate with the furious workers, but to no avail and Harrison faces a difficult decision.
