BB #15

BB as Poppea, Emperor Nero's lover in a mega lame farce whose only call to fame is that BB dyed her hair blonde at director Steno's request—and never went back on it. Well, I believe it's still a fairly brownish shade of blonde, but anyway, it doesn't look bad on her.

Otherwise totally uninteresting, and even the presence of silent-film star Swanson or an old film hero like De Sica brings no relief to the bland sludge. Even if you absolutely insist on seeing *all* the films with BB, I would just skip this one. You don't need to watch it for her role either; she barely has anything to do other than be on screen—what a difference from #12 La Lumière d'en face and #14 Cette sacrée gamine.
