When Sinterklaas has an accident during the exam for his new 'roof driving licence', he has to go to the hospital. Everyone thinks it's really bad, except the mean Dr. Brain. She plans to change the Sinterklaas party forever. She wants Sinterklaas to stop his work and gets it done. While the whole country is shocked by this news, Dr. Brein with her henchmen to the Dutch castle of Sinterklaas.
