"Nothing is what it seems."
Baek Jang-mi (Son Ye-jin) is the leader of an international gang of pickpockets. Her goal is to expand her territory beyond Seoul. She pretends to be a tattoo artist for cover. After a series of people roll into Osaka, the attention of the authorities in South Korea and Japan is drawn to her. Upon her return to Seoul, the local police begin to shadow her.
