Ajay (Ajay Devgn) enjoys his vacation to the fullest with his friends on a cruise trip. There he meets Piya (Kajol), she is a waitress on board the ship. However, the first meeting does not go too well. Ajay tries in many ways to create a bond between him and Piya. After many attempts, he manages to conquer a place in her heart.
