The Fabulous Ice Age plot

"The Fabulous Ice Age" tells the story of America's ice shows that provided decades of family entertainment with their performances. Central to the documentary are skating pioneers Eddie and Roy Shipstad and Oscar Johnson, who created “Ice Follies”, the first touring ice show. It begins in 1915 when a young German skater named Charlotte takes her “ballet on ice” to New York's Hippodrome Theater, igniting America's love of theater shows on ice.
