"Is a miracle just a tragedy, narrowly avoided by chance?"
In a coastal town in Latin America, a tidal wave destroys an elementary school, including all students. This puts the faith of the local inhabitants to the test. Ten years later, a young man begins to construct a mysterious edifice with the remains of the school. This sparks a long-forgotten passion in the town.
