Čarodějky z Předměstí plot

One day, friends Veronika and Petra (Fliegerova) find a book with recipes with Aunt Emma (Tomásová), which they immediately try out. They turn out to be witch's concoctions, which bring about the most wonderful changes in man and beast. They use their magical powers against the government when the neighborhood is cleaned up.
