Milkbar plot

The milk bar, a place where you can eat traditional meals for little money, was an indispensable phenomenon during the communist regime in Poland. After the fall of communism, the milk bars were privatized, and of the 25,000 only 140 remained. This documentary follows the stubborn duo of Danita and Dzitka who run Bar Bywalec in Poland. They struggle to keep their heads above water while McDonald's establishments are booming.
