The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey plot
Jonathan 'Gloomy' Toomey is a lonely carpenter. Since he lost his wife and child, he has retired to a cabin in the woods. Susan has lost her husband and is forced to sell the house with her son Thomas and move in with his aunt. In the new house, Thomas loses a wooden Christmas figure that his father gave him. Susan persuades Jonathan to make a replica of this precious figurine. However, this is not so easy because the past has left a big mark on everyone. In order to make Christmas a success, they must confront each other with their past.
