Good film about a hectic week in the life of a Hollywood film producer. Perhaps less satirical and sharp compared to the previous collaboration between Barry Levinson and Robert DeNiro (Wag the Dog), but nice to see that in Hollywood everything really revolves around money. A good cast where the scenes with Bruce Willis are hilarious.

The suffering of the producer.

Behind the scenes, it turns out that the producer has about as little influence on the film he produces as the one who sweeps the studio... Very funny at times - the fuss around Willis' beard is nice. Nice cast too, and they all play like they really felt like it. Nice soundtrack too - it underlines the drama even more here and there.

Somewhat the big-budget producer variant of State and Main (2000), and equally funny in introspection.

Fortunately some well-known people and De Niro, but despite the nice fact about the criticism towards the film world, the story is still a sluggish course that could not captivate much. Another lead actor would probably have completely scuttled the film. 4/10
