"Three criminal punks from Japan stir up New York City."
Japanese student Shin wants to escape the social pressures of formal Japan to try his luck in America. Arriving in New York, he is confronted with the racism and rudeness of Americans. If he is also robbed, he is close to despair. Flattened, but hungry, he tries to steal some food from a store, receiving unexpected help from Lee and Takeda. These Japanese freebooters take him under their wing and Shin begins a new life full of drugs, theft, literature and violence.
