Tiger Claws II plot

With outside help, serial killer Chong escapes from New York prison and goes into hiding in Los Angeles' Chinatown. There he is reunited with his brother, a local crime lord. Together, they want to open a time gate on the Chinese New Year to clear evil spirits from the past to further expand their power. To Tarek Richards and Linda Masterson, previously responsible for Chong's arrest, to stop it before it's too late.
