Smashing the Money Ring plot
"MONEY FOR SALE - CHEAP! $100 Bills..$1.00 - $50 Bills...50 Cents"
The inmates of a prison ship and printing company counterfeit $10 and $20 bills and smuggle them out into the hands of Dice Mathews. With that he goes aboard the gambling ship 'Kismet' and launders the counterfeit dollars for real money. But Steve Parker does not like this at all and has himself arrested and also has Dice taken in by the police. But the counterfeit money is also spotted by the FBI, and they have Special Agent Brass Bancroft infiltrate the prison, hoping he can uncover Dice where he is hiding the printing plates and who his bosses and associates are.
