"It's the street vs the elite."
A rapper tries in vain to join a very private golf club. When this fails, he buys the land near the golf course and blackmails the board into becoming a member in exchange for the piece of land. Once he is a member, the board makes many attempts to cancel C-Note's membership. With the reputation of C-Note's family on the line, C-note goes to great lengths to rethink the golf club.
