"The dark secret of future Tokyo!"
In 2067, humanity will begin to realize that the advancing development of robot technology has major negative consequences for the humanitarian side of man. The UN subsequently adopts a resolution prohibiting the further development of this so-called cyber technology. Japan, under pressure from the huge company Daiwa Heavy Industries, market leader in this sector, rejects the resolution, withdraws from the UN and shields itself with an electronic shield. As a result, it becomes completely isolated from the world. Vexille is a young female Special Agent from a unit in LA that investigates cybertechnology crime. She comes into contact with a high boss of Daiwa and it turns out that he is partly robot, his flesh has been replaced by bio-metal. The world is becoming convinced that things are going wrong in Japan...
