80000 Shots plot

In 1990, just after the Berlin Wall came down, Sony and Daimler Benz started building their new European headquarters at Potsdamer Platz. For ten years Manfred Walther filmed the buildings, and then edited his images into this film at an accelerated pace: a document about the end of one era and the transition to another, a ballet of images: Berlin - Sinfonie einer Großbaustelle.
